Post surgery accommodations

My uncle recently underwent a hip replacement surgery and has been at a rehabilitation center for many weeks.

This normally isn’tthe case but she lives by himself and her property has multiple stairs that need to be used just to get in and out, however because of the extent of her surgery her doctor has recommended that she stay at the rehabilitation center a bit longer in order to be strong enough to perform everyday jobs, but when I went to see him the other day she was simply miserable and after spending an hour or so there I could see why.

The beds seemed to be absolutely uncomfortable and the constant noise in the locale didn’t allow him to get much rest either. All she wanted to do was go to her own property or she could be comfortable and have some peace and quiet. When she mentioned the fact that she was always uncomfortable temperature wise I understood that because I was too warm and all I was doing was visiting, however she said that they always got the locale that way and they wouldn’t even allow him to open a window to get fresh air. I told him that all she could do was work hard to strengthen her hip and show them that she was ready to go home. I even offered to come by each afternoon to take him for a walk down the hall to help hasten her healing process.I also told him that I would drop off a small fan and she could plug-in next to her bed and at least get some relief from the heat at night.
