When we purchased our house, I was enthusiastic by the entirely crucial living room! Unluckyly, the living room was poorly designed, and there was insufficient storage space, limited labor part & no wonderful spot for the table & chairs. The appliances were spaced too far apart, & there was no dishwasher. The cupboards & countertops were stained, chipped & of subpar quality! I sat down with a design specialist at a local dwelling improvement store & was disappointed. The sit out for the living room that they came up with was nearly identical to what I already had… When they showed me samples of their cupboards, I observed that everything was constructed from pressboards & veneers. The hardware was flimsy. I ended up consulting with a local custom furniture builder. I found him after searching online, from our first iphone conversation, I was impressed with his expertise, professionalism & client service, however his questions helped me to determine my priorities for the living room. His suggestions opened up possibilities I never would have considered, and because of the assistance & insight of the custom furniture builder, I implemented amenities such as a pot filler, touchless faucet, drawer microwave & lighted drawers. He came up with a design that maximized storage space potential & included a dinner bar. I chose oak for the cupboards & granite for the countertops. The master craftsman constructed every aspect of the cupboards to perfectly fit the space! Every detail is customized. My living room is now the best part of the home. It’s an ideal working, cooking & celebration spot. Everything is modern, practical & straight-forward to clean.
