Tomorrow is the last day of December and it is going to start getting warmer soon.
The winter season began in the middle of November when the temps dropped hastily and that cold rain started, and it has been getting cold ever since.
I guess though my friend and I are finally near the end of it and things will start heating up again. Summer will be here before my friend and I know it and I will be out in the sand once again playing my favorite athletic interest, just like I have been for the past 30 or more years. My heating unit is going to get a split soon and that means it will be time to disinfect the HEPA filter for my air conditioner device and get it ready for summer. I will contact someone to come out within the next few weeks to take a look at my system and make sure it is all good to go for the moderate weather. I haven’t turned on my air conditioner device since October of last year and I want to get a cooling tech out here to take a look at it and repair it if it needs it so there are no surprises when summer time comes. The worst thing is when you turn it on in the middle of June and nothing but moderate air blows out. This happened to me before and it took four weeks to get the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker out because a lot of other people had issues with their a/cs in their locales. This year I will be ahead of the game.
