I think once I am done with my work I will take a little nap. I woke up really early this morning because I had songs going through my mind that woke me up. Sometimes when I am sleeping I dream about the songs we are playing in our band and come up with some new lyrics for them. This was the same back in the day when I was doing comedy and would come up with funny ideas in the middle of the night. This is probably when the heart speaks the loudest. My heating rep told me the same thing happens with her when she wakes up thinking about an HVAC component issue with a client or something along those lines. I guess a lot of people wake up in the middle of the night sometimes thinking about what they should be or could be doing with their lives. Sometimes my air purifier wakes me up or my dehumidifier starts beeping when the tank is full. I wear earplugs normally so I only usually wake up when there is a really loud noise or something. I’ve been sleeping this way for many years, ever since my ears started ringing about twenty years ago from a virus I had. The local business near me tried to help with the ringing but the only thing that seems to work is a loud air purifier or dehumidifier near my bed. I can hear them through the earplugs and it kind of takes away from the non stop ringing I hear all of the time.
