I’m going to take it easy today and not play music or ball, but just rest and focus on recovery till I feel better.
I’ve been doing a lot the past few weeks and my body is starting to feel the pain.
The issue is that I have two passions that I really love doing and it is tough to not do either one for too many days on end. But I am going to do just that today and only work on my writing work and yoga for the day. I will work for a few hours on climate control system stories and things dealing with the heating and cooling industry. Then I will head out to the beach when the sun gets lower and doesn’t fry my skin so much, which is usually around 6 o’clock in the evening. It starts cooling down around that time and you can enjoy being out there on the beach without air conditioning keeping you cool. There are more and more people on the beaches lately and things are going to start getting interesting in this town as it ramps up for the summer tourist season. The weather is heating up and all of the local businesses are getting busier, especially the guys and ladies at the HVAC company where I work part time each week. It will be packed here for a few months and then just like that it will empty out again and we will go back to gas furnace heating in the homes and fireplaces to keep warm.
