Make sure your thermostat works well

I’m waiting for this ibuprofen to kick in and give me some relief with my shoulders.

They are pretty sore from a week of drumming and playing beach volleyball.

I went in the cold sea to cool them down but they are still pretty darn sore. I think I will put some cold gel on them to see if it helps with the pain, as they both seem to be hurting in the back sides of the shoulders. I have to train a client in a few hours but that should not be a problem because it is just yoga. Heating up in the room before we start really helps with my shoulders and allows them to do the poses without a big problem, then cooling down when I get home with some ice helps to speed up the healing process. I will do a little workout on the beach later with a friend and that is about the extent of my day today. I’m working for the heating supplier later this week doing some ductwork cleaning, which will be pretty easy because I have a good HVAC technician to work with. Anyway, I’ll come home early tonight, maybe by around 8pm, so that I can watch a documentary or something and get to bed at a more reasonable time. Testing out my smart thermostat the other day revealed to me that it needs to be calibrated soon because it is not running at the right temperature and my air conditioner is running more than it normally does to cool the flat.
