Weighted blanket and less need for heat

Weighted blanket and less need for heat

I have to make an admission, i suffer from several mental illnesses, and they impact my life to variable degrees.

If we are being upfront, I correctly suffer from clinical depression, generalized anxiety, and dissociative disorders, however most of the time, I can keep my mental illness under wraps and live a fairly normal life.

However, there are certain days when I absolutely feel off balance and out of sorts, but recently, I started studying up on multiple ways to circumvent these difficult times, and one of the most highly recommended methods was to purchase a weighted blanket for times of extreme anxiety; Personally, I couldn’t afford a weighted blanket, although I was harshly interested in the product, after the Christmas holiday, I no longer had to worry about saving up for my own weighted blanket. My mom purchased me one. I have to say, the weighted blanket works wonders for my anxiety and it’s also benefiting my weekly bills every night, and you see, I have consistently enjoyed sleeping in the extreme cold. I’ve consistently enjoyed the feeling of heavy blankets on top of me, but that means, I need to open a window and let in the abundant winter air to decrease the temperature surrounding my body. The problem is, in the morning I have to operate my central boiler to an extreme degree in order to moderate the house back up. These days, with my amazing weighted blanket, I don’t have to decrease the temperature in my home office so drastically each night. This means, in the morning I don’t have to abuse my forced air boiler to increase the indoor temperature again, and since I’ve received my awesome weighted blanket, my insomnia has never been better and either have my heating bills.
