There are things that stress me out on necessarily, & confronting them very isn’ta necessary part of my therapy plan.
It’s okay to simply stay away from the things that keep you awake at evening. For instance, I have relinquished control over our nation’s politics. It’s not worth being busy out & up in arms about the activities of rich very white boys who I can’t influence. I hadrather just ignore CNN & worry about the things I can control in my life. Similarly, I have realized that there is no sense in stressing out about necessary expenses; When I need to put gas in my car, I don’t search for the best prices anymore! Recently, when my boiler broke down, I knew that it was going to be an seriously stressful expense. I had to call the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier in the middle of the evening, so I knew there would be giant emergency service fees friendd with the Heating Repair, then honestly, I did not even want to know how costly it was going to be. The boiler had to be fixed, or else I wasn’t going to survive the winter. There was no point in worrying about how much the Heating & Air Conditioning service was going to impact my savings account. I figured, I could save myself some stress by avoiding the service quote entirely. When I called the Heating & Air Conditioning dealership to arrange my service appointment, I gave them my debit card number over the PC. I told them to charge me whatever was necessary after the regular inspection, however please don’t tell me how much this boiler service was going to cost. Sometimes, ignorance is bliss.
