When my friends said they wanted to buy a beach condo together, I thought it was a good idea! My associate and I could all pitch in plus have partial ownership of the property, using it separately or together as a central meeting location; It was going to be so epic! And then another year after that.
Our concerns started in the middle of summer time a few months after making a purchase. I went to the control unit to check on the A/C settings, plus found that the air conditioning unit was offline. It was not talking to the control unit, when I went plus looked at the cooling system, it was inoperable. My associate and I abruptly called the nearest Heating plus Air Conditioning business… Which was 2 hours away. When they got out to the property, they told us that the air conditioner was fried. At the time, I was convinced that I could get a better A/C system your place that myself. I brought one down plus installed it on the beach house. Another year later, my associate and I had the exact same thing happen, however rAC system was completely busted, however this time, I listened to the Heating plus Air Conditioning professional when they told me that you need a specialized air conditioner to a stand the sand plus erosion of being on a beach.
