Selling a Home

Selling a Home

My Grandparents had been trying to sell their seasoned house for about five years now.

The house itself is just too big for two 74 year olds to take care of on their own.

I was legitimately sad when I found out they were selling. I mean that was the house I grew up in along with the rest of their grandchildren. Unfortunately, now I just want it to be over & done with however they seem to be constantly having complications finding the right buyer. At first, they thought it was the relator who they had listed to help sell the home. He seemed shady & didn’t legitimately try to provide them pointers about how to change the apartment to make it so potential patrons could imagine themselves in the house. He lasted about three years before my Grandparents let him go. The next relator, however, was harshly helpful. She not only helped them rearrange furniture & get rid of excess clutter but he also gave them tips on how changing the temperature of the house may help sellers feel more at home. Due to my Grandparents being older in age they tended to get cold legitimately easily, so the house was constantly moderate or a little toasty depending on the time of afternoon. She insisted that every afternoon before a showing of the apartment my Grandparents layer up before turning the Heating & A/C system to 69 degrees. After a few years of trying the up-to-date system, they were finally getting offers on the home. They assured us that it must be the up-to-date relator & his hospitality however I’m start to guess it has to do with the A/C & how it finally feels cool inside their house.
