Very few of years ago my roommate decided to install this handy up-to-date Heating & A/C system. He said it was the newest technology & would solve all of our complications, but back after that I were blowing money due to the lack of insulation in the seasoned house my friend and I were renting, it got so bad my friend and I wouldn’t even turn on the original system, instead, my friend and I would just open the windows & doors in hopes a wonderful breeze would come in. So when my roommate brought apartment the up-to-date system I was grateful however conscious. He had taken it upon himself to install the system & refused to call or even ask our buddy who was Heating & A/C certified for help. After the first month with the up-to-date system, my friend and I had seen a tiny drop in the electric bill so my roommate took that as a wonderful sign. He then made it to where the temperature control was almost constantly at 69 degrees, which was the lowest my friend and I had ever had any of our Heating & A/C systems, and well, when my friend and I got our next quarterly bill & the price had doubled I nearly fainted. I had our certified friend come take a look at it & it turned out that the up-to-date system would only save was only going to save us about a third of the amount my friend and I had been spending originally, so my roommate had been wrong. I asked our friend if there was anything he could do & he was able to fix the system so that the temperature never dropped below 74 degrees regardless of what the temperature control unit said. I have yet to tell my roommate however he repeatedly gloats about how he magically fixed the Heating & A/C system & our bills all by himself.
