Power Outage

Power Outage

I have lived in a southern state my whole life.

The rainy season is probably the most irritating part of the whole state.

This is because it can rain for twenty minutes on and off all day but each time the rain picks up again it seems like it could flood the house. My state is also prone to hurricanes, which makes me very grateful for my HVAC provider. The company goes out of their way to ensure that regardless of the weather we have working A/C. See when the rain decides to be sporadic it can leave the outdoor climate muggy and extremely humid. It also usually means that when the rain does finally stop the next day is going to be even hotter than normal. To make sure their customers are never stuck inside a home on one of these hot days without power, my HVAC provider will send employees out during the end of the storm or in the lul when there is only a little rain to fix or replace any damaged A/C units. I have had them come out twice within the past rainy season and within minutes they have fixed the friend wiring or removed the debris stuck in the fan. I always make sure to bring the technicians sweets or sandwiches depending on the time of day, as I know that I am probably not the only house they have to check on before their shift is up. The rainy season it terribly inconvenient but at least with my local HVAC provider, I know that I will always have climate control inside my home.
