I rent in Chicago, IL due to where I work. I live in a tiny condo right in the middle of the city. I have an open floor plan with the bedroom and dining room. I have a sectioned-off dining room and one small lavatory. It isn’t absolutely big or grand, however it does the task well. I don’t need to worry about a yard or hiring a cleaner. I can maintain my absolutely small square footage without a hitch. I like that I rent too. It is nice that if anything is wrong with the venue, I just call the condo owner. I have been especially grateful this summer time since I have called numerous times for a Chicago, IL A/C repair. My condo owner fancies himself a handyman. Multiple times she has come into my condo attempting to service the a/c. The issue is easy, there is sizzling air coming out of the vents. I believe that means more refrigerant. Only a Chicago A/C service company is able to handle that liquid. You need a special license. Why do I know all this? I have looked it up since the Illinois A/C service is taking so long. My condo owner has tried three times and still hasn’t fixed it. This most recent time I left him a voicemail saying I believe I need more refrigerant and only Chicago A/C service companies carry it.
