My energy bills were climbing through the roof plus my a/c was ready to chop down anytime. Throughout this battle I had mentioned my frustrations to my new guy in exasperation. I never expected anything from him, other than a synthetic ear to my Heating plus A/C drama. The morning when he arranged for a professional Heating plus A/C upgrade service as a surprise gift, I realized that I had found my fiance.
