When my stepmom was looking for a modern home he had his sights set on a palace, then he was determined to have the home of his dreams & that home is quite a handful, and nothing was ever good enough for his & he wound up purchasing an extremely high-priced & over-the-top home that seems wholly unnecessary, i’m not sure how he can possibly keep up with the repair of this house, let alone his bi-weekly utility bills living alone in this mansion, however every time I go to see his it seems like something is slipping by the wayside.
She can’t seem to keep his head wrapped around all of the responsibilities that come with his house, however most recently, I had to inquire about all of the mold & mildew in his pool house.
I didn’t suppose it was a good idea to have an indoor pool when our outdoor air is consistently so humid. I had a feeling that the climate my buddy and I live in would be rather unapologetic with pumping heat & humidity into his little pool house, however after that, he would have an air quality disaster to deal with as the mold & mildew begin to read through the pool home & into his central heating & cooling system. All of my premonitions about the air quality & potential for mold growth were correct. Every time I go to his home there is a larger field of mold & mildew growing in the pool house, however his central heating & cooling system has been infiltrated by the airborne contaminants. Now, he needs to worry about maintaining his Heating & Air Conditioning system along with the rest of his huge home.
