Sometimes people absolutely baffle me.
I don’t know if they are really this excruciating at communicating or if they just like to be deceitful by omitting information.
However, it seems like everyone in my life likes to throw me a curveball here as well as there when I am surprised by something that they never told me, this is exactly what happened most recently when my best neighbor called me up one day as well as inquired if I would like to take a long road trip with her. She told me that she needed to get across the country in a few afternoons as well as she was looking for some business on the ride. I was more than happy to commit to the trip because I enjoy spending time seeing new sights. However, within about 10 minutes of driving I realized that I was in for a much hotter as well as more difficult drive than I had anticipated. This was apparent as soon as my buddy and I hit the highway as well as I tried to roll my window up. My neighbor stopped me as well as told me that there would be no ventilation if I closed the window next to my face. That’s when she revealed an unlucky fact. The air conditioning was broken in her vehicle. She knew that there was no cooling system on board, however never mentioned the lack of the air conditioning to me. Now, I was stuck in her vehicle as my buddy and I traveled through the sweltering hot as well as humid summer time weather, without any air conditioning, it turns out that I do not cherish road trips as much as I thought.
