She’s constantly talking about his insomnia plus the difficulty that he has going to bed every night.
Apparently, he lies awake for hours plus even once he falls asleep he struggles to stay asleep. I’ve been telling his for months that he needs to watch his caffeine intake plus start settling down for bed much earlier than he could possibly imagine, then unluckyly, I get the sense that he is ignoring my advice plus continuing to make his life agitated. I caught his red-handed the other afternoon plus realized that he was leveraging the central cooling system to hide his obsession with coffee. This necessity for caffeine was essentially shooting his in the foot every night, yet he was trying to hide the habit through the AC unit. I thought it was unusual that my mom kept changing the control device lower plus lower when the indoor air temperature already seems pretty cool plus fresh to me. Still, I noticed that he was modifying the indoor air quality control settings on a official basis before scampering off to the kitchen. Yesterday I happened to walk into the kitchen behind his plus found his making a brand current cup of Pepsi as the central cooling device kicked into gear. She timed the use of his little Keurig device to line up with the air conditioner device as it began pumping ice chilly air through the vents. The sound of the AC system effectively drowned out the loud hum of the tiny Pepsi maker. At the same time, the indoor air circulated so that his Pepsi fumes were abruptly sucked up into the air return vent plus filtered out from our breathing air. When I caught his green handed, I simply smiled plus motioned like I was peacefully asleep.
